To start off with, let me note that in running shoes (Asics and Nike mostly) I wear a 4E width since I have wide feet and like my toes to have wiggle room as my feet expand. Consequently I've found that finding dress shoes that offer me the same comfort of width is very difficult. So color me surprised when I tried these on in a 4E and found them to be not only comfortable, but roomy enough for my toes without feeling like my feet were sliding around everywhere. I did have to size up a half size for my toes to hit at the right spot (these have the wide to squared off toe look). But I feel confident in recommending them to anyone looking for a really sharp pair of dress shoes that are comfortable and fit their width needs.
